Release Date: May 31st, 2007 Press Release City Moving Moving Ahead With Workforce Housing DevelopmentThe City of Portales in partnership with New Mexico Mortgage Finance Authority is moving ahead with workforce housing development. UniDev LLC, presented the results from the survey in a workshop on May 31, 2007 and also identified the next steps to Affordable Workforce Housing. Survey findings identified that 46% of all individuals surveyed responded and reported the need and their desire for affordable workforce housing in Portales.
