RECREATION MEMBERSHIP
There is an annual membership cost of $5.00 per
individual for persons age 5 to adult. Membership cards will be
issued to all members. Everyone that participates in Recreation
Center programs and activities must be a member and have signed
both a Recreation Activity Waiver & Release Agreement and a
Rules and Regulations Agreement. Both agreements must be on file
in the director’s office. For members under the age of 18
the activity waiver and rules/regulations agreements must be signed
by a parent or guardian.
PROGRAMS/ACTIVITIES
The Instructors of these programs/activities are
not paid for their services and are donating their time and
skills. We are very grateful for our instructors and thank
them for donating their time and skills to the community. The following
are several programs and activities that will be offered at Portales
Recreation Center. Instructors have requested that interested individuals
please sign up. Schedule is subject to change.*

Games/Equipment
A list of games and equipment that are available to be checked out
is posted on the bulletin boards. Games and equipment are checked
out on a first come first served basis.
Weight Room
Participants must sign a Policy waiver, and be at least 14 years
of age to use the weight room. *****VOLUNTEERS ARE ALWAYS
NEEDED TO HELP FACILITATE PROGRAMS, ACTIVITIES, AND FUNDRAISERS
